Do not immerse your jewellery in liquid and make sure it doesn't come into contact with perfume or solutions. For such cases, please use only a damp cloth.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
There is absolutely no right of return for goods that have been prepared in accordance with the wishes of the buyer and/or expressly for his/her personal needs.
